Mental Health

We have all seen and felt the impact of living amongst a pandemic for the last two years. We may have felt the effects more or less than our fellow Canadians, but one thing is for sure, no one remained untouched. While we are starting to get back to work, school and some sense of normalcy, we may observe long-term implications for some time still. To support you and your patients, we have gathered mental health-related resources for personal and professional use.

Fact Sheets

The Canadian Psychology Association has developed a series of Fact Sheets specific to COVID-19 that are updated as information changes in this evolving environment.
