Plan stratégique
In 2023, the CCA asked members to support the development of our new three-year strategic plan by participating in an anonymous survey and small focus groups that aimed to gauge current perspectives and identify opportunities for the future direction of the organization. The CCA engaged a third-party firm – MacPhie – to collect and distill this feedback on behalf of the organization. We greatly appreciate members’ engagement in this important work and are pleased to share an overview of the findings with you.
We recognize that opportunities exist to enhance member satisfaction and are committed to exceeding your expectations in all that we do. Members’ thoughts and opinions, along with insights from our internal, chiropractic, and other healthcare stakeholders, have provided invaluable guidance as the CCA Board of Directors sets the CCA’s path with a new three-year plan.

En 2023 nous vous avons demandé de soutenir l’élaboration du nouveau plan stratégique triennal de l’ACC en répondant à un sondage anonyme et en participant à de petits groupes de discussion visant à évaluer les perspectives actuelles et à déterminer les orientations possibles de l’organisation pour l’avenir. L’ACC a fait appel à MacPhie, une société indépendante, pour recueillir et synthétiser ces commentaires au nom de l’organisation.
Nous reconnaissons qu’il existe des moyens d’améliorer la satisfaction des membres et nous nous engageons à dépasser vos attentes dans toutes nos initiatives. Les réflexions et les opinions des membres, ainsi que les points de vue de nos partenaires internes, des chiropraticiens et d’autres acteurs du secteur de la santé, ont apporté des indications précieuses au conseil d’administration de l’ACC pour tracer la voie à suivre par l’ACC.
Rencontre d’information générale : pour en savoir plus sur notre nouveau plan stratégique
Nous nous efforçons d’être à l’écoute et de répondre à vos besoins. Dans cette optique, nous organisons une rencontre d’information générale en direct qui réunira la Dre Judy Forrester, présidente du conseil d’administration de l’ACC, la Dre Ayla Azad, directrice générale de l’ACC, et M. Hugh MacPhie, notre conseiller principal chez MacPhie. Cette rencontre, qui aura lieu le 31 janvier prochain, de 19 h à 20 h (HE), nous permettra de répondre à vos questions et d’engager une discussion de fond sur la mise en œuvre de notre nouveau plan stratégique.
